Ampersand provides a developer platform for building and managing user-facing integrations with various Systems of Record. The platform works by offering a suite of tools that handle the technical complexities of connecting different software, allowing developers to embed these integrations directly into their own products using pre-built components. Unlike general-purpose integration tools, Ampersand focuses specifically on reducing the long-term engineering and customer support time required to maintain deep, reliable connections for end-users. The company's goal is to streamline the integration process so businesses can connect their software ecosystems efficiently without diverting resources from their core product development.
