Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive pre-commercial marketing strategies for the PDx portfolio.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats and develop actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, commercial) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the PDx portfolio.
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital content, sales aids, and educational resources.
  • Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches in collaboration with the regional marketing teams.
  • Coordinate pre-launch activities, including market development, KOL engagement, and early access programs.
  • Monitor and analyze launch performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Represent Telix Pharmaceuticals at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the PDx portfolio.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of global strategies at the local level.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
