Requirements
  • Experience in account management and sales
  • Experience working cross borders and building long-term B2B partnerships
  • Strong understanding of European retail

  • Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams

Responsibilities
  • Channel development and cooperation: Identify and cultivate potential channel partners including distributors, chain retailers, and platform service providers.
  • Conduct business negotiations to establish new partnerships, renew existing agreements, and enter new markets, expanding channel network coverage to drive business growth.
  • Execute channel development, maintenance, and optimization aligned with corporate strategy by prospecting partners, creating expansion plans, completing recruitment targets, coordinating resources, and refining channel strategies to enhance network quality, boost sales performance, improve operational efficiency, increase market penetration, and support overall business objectives.
  • Sales target management: Develop annual/quarterly/monthly channel sales plans with assigned targets. Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to propose sales strategies, align supply chain resources, and ensure achievement of channel sales and profitability goals to elevate overall channel performance.
  • Channel operation optimization: Support partners in market expansion and customer service with business guidance and resources.
  • Execute promotional campaigns to strengthen product competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular channel performance analysis to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency and service standards.
  • Team building and collaboration: Establish and develop sales teams through recruitment, training, and performance management. Develop standardized operating procedures and manuals to institutionalize best practices. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to secure necessary support for channel operations and sustainable business growth.
  • Market research and innovation: Perform market analysis on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Explore innovative channel models and partnership approaches. Optimize channel architecture and collaboration strategies to strengthen market competitiveness and brand influence.
