Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Sales with the ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills
- Experience leading customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for complex accounts
- Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record to meet or exceed renewal revenue goals
- Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes
- Experience building relationships with peers and partners
- Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service
- Personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
- Strong work ethic and quota achievement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and proven organizational skills
- Ability think and act on both a tactical and strategic level
- Problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Forecasting experience with the ability to forecast accurately

Responsibilities
- Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing the customer relationship and ensure our commercial relationship is aligned with the value customers are realizing from Hologram
- Partner with our Customer Success organization to understand customer value achievement and product adoption
- Identify customer needs, concerns and strategies as related to renewals and expansion
- Clearly understand and articulate all Hologram product offerings, subscription, and renewal commitment models
- Document renewals activities, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive renewals revenue, customer retention, and expansion
- Present renewal proposal(s) and options to customer and notify customer of upcoming contract expiration
- Validate and confirm the accuracy of all supporting data for the quote and resolve any discrepancies
