Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct relevant experience with B.S degree; Minimum of 3 years of direct relevant experience with Master’s degree; Minimum of 1 years of direct relevant experience with PhD.
  • System test, analysis, and/or integration experience.
  • Experience with MATLAB or equivalent programming/analysis languages.
  • Experience with lab test equipment such as function generator, oscilloscope, multi-meter, spectrum analyzers, etc.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex HW/SW integration problems.
  • Basic understanding of Radar or EW principles.
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on integration and testing of sophisticated Electronic Warfare and Radar systems, including both hardware and software components in development and production environments.
  • Generate and update system and sub-system level specifications and ensure verification traceability (tracing requirements to test plans/procedures/results).
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test schedules, and test procedures.
  • Provide integration laboratory support for software release testing.
  • Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team-related issues and provide regular progress updates, risks and blockers to senior management.
  • Coordinate the workload and assignments of a small team, ensuring efficient execution of engineering tasks.
  • Maintain a backlog of tasks and set team priorities in a manner consistent with the program development schedule.

  • Prior professional experience either in Radar or Electronic Warfare, or prior professional experience in immediately transferrable domain skills such as digital signal processing, digital beamforming, adaptive processing, or tracking algorithms.
  • Experience developing system simulation frameworks, performance models and algorithms, threat models, and command and control models.
  • Experience in development, integration and testing of large-scale systems.
  • Experience with deriving system/software requirements and developing test plans and procedures.
  • Experience in aviation and/or Department of Defense programs.
  • Proficient with RF test equipment.
  • Experience with EW software, systems and testing.
  • Experience testing software and/or systems.
  • Experience leading test efforts and organizing test teams.
  • Experience with Hardware in the Loop testing.
  • Experience using Jira/Bitbucket/Git.
  • Experience interfacing with customers and/or stakeholders.
  • Electrical/Systems Engineering Degree
