  • 8+ years of experience working at an ad agency, digital agency or as part of an in-house creative agency
  • A deep understanding of social platforms and best practices, and curiosity for emerging platforms
  • You know how to come up with social-led ideas that an influencer or creator would bring to life
  • Obsession with culture and trends, for example:
  • You know how to spot a meme and turn it into a brand opportunity
  • You can spot trending sounds and creatively turn them into engaging TikToks and Instagram Reels
  • You have a knack for social hacks, and can turn them into memorable moments for the brand
  • Proven knack for developing innovative digital strategies shaped by data that deliver quantifiable results
  • A portfolio of creative thinking around social content and experiences
  • Impeccable presentation skills to inspire C-level clients and colleagues alike
  • Champion of diverse talent, proactively cultivates an inclusive culture, and uses cultural competence to drive agency and client’s business forward

Responsibilities
  • Lead social creative content for the brand, including daily content and engagement (think stitches, duets, comments, etc) across all social platforms
  • Participate in daily concepting and execution for social opportunities that hijack social conversation and gets the brand noticed
  • Concept and help sell in and execute social first moments to drive engagement
  • Write copy as needed, as well as lead and oversee a team of junior creatives (AD/copy) to execute the work.
  • Pitch and sell social-first ideas to clients
  • Partner with team to ensure flawless execution of digital and social media campaigns
  • Serve as a trusted social creative counselor and serial ideator
  • Partner with strategy, account, analytics and channel experts across the team and agency
  • Drive innovation through unique digital concepts, campaigns, and programs; Bring innovation and IP to clients and the agency
  • Help support and mentor the social creative team
  • Participate in Golin social creative initiatives
