Requirements
  • 5+ years of retail and/or comparable industry social media marketing experience
  • An interest in product marketing, including positioning and messaging strategies
  • Understanding of consumer insights work and how to leverage in strategy formation
  • Experience with data and reporting and an understanding of how to use data to make decisions
  • Interest in consumer insights and passion for keeping the consumer at the core of your decision making
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new situations
  • Autonomous, self-managed and resourceful
  • Exceptional communicator and very organized
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead Organic Social Media strategy for Everlane, including:
  • Setting the Social Media roadmap and priorities
  • Platform strategy and tactics
  • Consumer Insights and best practices
  • Own the Organic Social Media Calendar, including monthly briefing of creative / content team
  • Lead Everlane's brand POV on non-brand /product related social media content strategies, including key cultural moments and current events
  • Responsible for setting program KPIS and weekly/monthly reporting to cross-functional and leadership teams
  • Support the development of Everlane's brand and product marketing strategies and lead ideation on how to execute via social media
  • Leverage insights and consumer data to make informed decisions
  • Assist on monthly and quarterly creative and cross-functional product briefs
