KYN runs luxury care homes in London that provide residential, nursing, respite, and specialist dementia care for self-funding residents. Its care model uses a 360-degree wellbeing approach with bespoke care plans, a high staff-to-resident ratio, a no-agency policy, and non-intrusive safety technology, all delivered in architecturally distinctive properties. The company differentiates itself through private-pay, home-like environments shaped by collaborations with designers, curators, and chefs, rather than clinical settings, and by pursuing partial NHS FNC contributions where available. KYN aims to expand by acquiring and developing new sites around central London to offer premium, holistic elderly care.
