What this opportunity involves:
You will be leading a Multi-X Services Contract with responsibility for the Local Team that support the Sydney location along with providing managerial support to remote ANZ locations. This role manages all local facilities operations and reports into the Asia South Hub Lead. For Engineering Services across the ANZ region, your role is supported by the ‘ANZ Hard Services & Projects Lead’.
The JAPAC Region portfolio encompasses 16 presence-countries that are directly managed, plus an additional 2 non-presence countries, deemed as remote-managed. The number of countries, and location within those countries, are subject to change. Your site responsibility is the ANZ client headquarters in Sydney, whilst provding support to the remaining 6 properties across Australia and New Zealand.
Your base location is North Ryde, Sydney, Australia.

Meeting the client’s information needs
Rightsizing Regional and Local resources
Setting standards for Workplace Experience
Management of Accredited Vendors
Achieving KPIs and reducing Fee risk
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
- Experience within FM service delivery environment, working with global corporate clients
- Degree or similar qualification in Facilities or Business Management is advantageous
- Fluent English for Business, spoken and written
- Mastery of MS Office Suite
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiarity with IWMS and CMMS platform
