Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, administration with an information technology option, or another appropriate university program, plus five years of experience relevant to the position; alternatively, a college diploma in a pre-university program and a 30-credit certificate in business administration or another appropriate university program, plus seven years of relevant experience.
  • Very good spoken and written French.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate needs, diagnose problems or situations across clients' business domains, and establish documented recommendations.
  • Write and evaluate requirements for delivery within the information technology project portfolio.
  • Conduct impact or feasibility studies for preliminary projects and change requests.
  • Write functional analysis and business analysis documents.
  • Document business processes for automation, including existing and target processes.
  • Coordinate assigned projects using the organization's project management templates, including the project charter, progress reports, and plan.
  • Train internal clients on new features and systems.
  • Respond to development or correction requests of medium complexity from clients.
  • Guide development teams in their analyses and serve as the project team's functional reference.
  • Configure the systems under responsibility.
  • Guide solution testing with internal clients and lead migration and post-implementation phases with project teams.
  • Support change management with business units.
  • Improve and optimize processes and application documentation for internal clients.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Ungerboeck, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft SQL.
  • Knowledge of Visio.
  • Knowledge of a project management methodology such as the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
