Requirements
  • Strong project manager with direct experience in program management
  • Ability to relating programs to sales teams
  • Confidence and experience in creating and 'selling' programs to internal teams
  • Ability and knowledge to take complex stakeholder concepts and articulate them to a global audiences to drive alignment in sales
  • Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with all levels and business units
  • Knowledge of customer Master Service Agreements (MSA) and how they can be used to the benefit of their worldwide subsidiaries
  • An understanding of how to work independently in complex fast paced environment while ensuring quality and timeliness of projects and programs
  • Must have experience with salesforce.com; bonus if experience with SalesLoft
  • Experience in a professional services/consulting organization
  • Experience in enterprise rollouts and/or working with enterprise development teams
  • Strong communication skills and experience speaking to and working with enterprise sales teams
  • 5-7 years of experience in a program management role preferred
  • High degree of quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; critical thinker
  • 4 year college degree, MBA is a bonus
  • Prior experience in Sales Enablement/Operations at a B2B technology software and services (SaaS) preferred, preferably with enterprise clients
Responsibilities
  • Provide program management support to the Everbridge Global Enterprise Sales Team
  • Help to facilitate global quotes creating a consistent process and pricing on a global scale
  • Be a sales liaison to the global sales and operations teams, enabling salespeople to be more efficient
  • Support weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reporting and executive updates
  • Provide ad hoc program management support as assigned on various strategic programs for the global sales organization
  • Inspire, mobilize and lead special projects with a focus on common deliverables, goals and timelines that will increase the longevity of our sales team
  • Coordinate with Regional and Global Enablement leads enablement team to align on Corporate Initiatives and programs, to share best practices and deliver cohesive enablement execution
  • Facilitate program rules (rules of engagement) and manage global programs to drive new revenue
  • Communicate program updates directly to sales leaders and sale executives world wide
  • Create presentations that capture key operational metrics, articulate results, and convey actionable business insights for both sales management and executive audiences
  • Help build reusable assets for use in future projects
