Requirements
  • Fluency in Python and tabular analytics at scale, proven on messy, real-world data, including loading unfamiliar files, inspecting and reshaping data, reconciling data, and computing requested results live.
  • Experience with tabular data tools such as SQL, Polars, or Arrow.
  • Ability to use AI coding tools while reading, validating, debugging, and owning the generated code.
  • Business judgment to identify repeated patterns and turn them into clear requests for an engineering team.
  • Ability to communicate findings and present analyses effectively.
  • Visualization judgment sufficient to determine what to show and how to show it, without building the front end.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent proof of ability to perform the work.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy code that ingests, cleans, reconciles, and standardizes large, heterogeneous customer supply chain datasets so that it remains effective when future customer data differs substantially.
  • Convert raw data files into standardized order, inventory, and shipment datasets and build generic automation for recurring patterns across customers.
  • Produce the metrics, segmentations, and analyses required by industrial engineers and the product team by writing code to compute them.
  • Build data visualization demos and prototypes so the team can evaluate analyses before production implementation.
  • Provide transformation and analytics code to the engineering team in a production-ready state and remain the owner of the underlying data logic.
  • Read, debug, and correct AI-generated code when it produces errors or incorrect results.
  • Translate data findings into capabilities the development team can build and help identify which capabilities provide the most user value.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, or order-management data.
  • Experience building analytics capabilities that shipped into a product rather than internal reporting.
  • Experience working closely with product or engineering teams.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Prologis Ventures' investment adds capital and distribution in July 2026.
  • The July 21, 2026 Prologis partnership expands AI and automation deployments.
  • Its Manhattan partnership still supports faster go-lives and scalable WMS implementations.

What critics are saying

  • Consulting revenue depends on partner-led deals; Prologis or Manhattan changes hit pipeline fast.
  • Accenture, Körber, and Manhattan Professional Services compete for the same warehouse projects.
  • If AI deployments miss ROI in 2026, Fulfillment IQ stays a services niche.

What makes Fulfillment IQ unique

  • Fulfillment IQ blends Manhattan, Prologis, and warehouse systems integration expertise.
  • Its July 21, 2026 Prologis deal links consulting to a logistics real-estate ecosystem.
  • It targets 3PLs, D2C retailers, and operators with product engineering services.
