What You'll Be Doing
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most while building a successful book of business of your own.
Your day-to-day will include:
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Identifying clients' needs and recommending personalized insurance solutions
Educating customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
Following up with leads, generating referrals, and networking within the community
Providing exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Working toward individual sales goals while creating long-term client relationships
Continuing to learn about new products and industry trends

Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License
