Anduril is looking for an Office Manager to join our rapidly growing Imaging team. As the Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting our facility in Lexington, MA by focusing on various internal operational functions. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities like managing vendors, owning the floor plan, and management of the facility & employee population. No two days will look alike and no task is too small, as you hold the highest bar for execution. You will build a network of vendors and service providers to service the facility.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day general office operations which will include cross-functional coordination and logistics with Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, senior executives etc. in our Lexington, MA office.
- Oversee contracts and providers for services including cleaning, catering, technology etc.
- Own all seating and space utilization planning, including onboarding of new hires.
- Host & present weekly meetings to senior executives with project updates & planning requirements.
- Run local office events
- Coordinating internal team events and external client events.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in all offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
