Requirements
  • 7+ years of NetSuite experience, including OneWorld, Multi-Book, Intercompany, and Global Consolidations.
  • Proven track record of leading NetSuite implementations, optimizations, and Mergers & Acquisitions integrations.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with the broader NetSuite ecosystem, including the evaluation and integration of third-party solutions for functions such as accounts payable automation, expense management, and treasury management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to deployment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the global NetSuite practice, overseeing administration, configuration, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of NetSuite Administrators, providing guidance, prioritization, and career development.
  • Serve as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert and advisor to Finance, Operations, and Technology leadership.
  • Champion innovation by continuously evaluating emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, to identify opportunities for advanced automation of both system and human processes.
  • Drive the NetSuite roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Lead integration of acquired companies into the existing NetSuite OneWorld instance, ensuring smooth transitions and harmonized financial processes.
  • Oversee configuration and deployment of NetSuite features and modules (e.g., Advanced Financials, Multi-Book, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, etc.).
  • Partner with Finance and operational teams to streamline processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.
  • Ensure the system is optimized for scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of end-to-end operational processes to optimize and configure the system for operational efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions within NetSuite.
  • Partner with Finance teams to ensure financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, workflow automation, and process efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messaging for finance, operations, executives, and technical teams.
  • Hands-on involvement in NetSuite configuration, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of NetSuite partner solutions and SuiteApps (e.g., AP automation, expense management, treasury management systems) to extend platform functionality and drive efficiency.
  • Maintain system integrity, ensuring controls and best practices are followed.
