- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field
- Minimum of 5 years in relevant experience (propulsion controls, calibration, and/or testing)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Vehicle Reaction Testing and/or Torque Security experience
- Ability to review software documents to learn and understand software
- Demonstrated experience with calibration and DVP&R through the complete product cycle
- Experience in problem solving
- Strong technical research and writing skills
- Strong communication skills

- Calibration tracking
- Understanding supervisory control governing body compliance
- Integrating key parts of the software and calibrating all HV and Propulsion related monitoring functions
- Coordinating vehicle reactions
- Prototype vehicle calibration and support
- Translating vehicle functional safety requirements/functional objectives and formulating development and testing plans
- Working with suppliers and Re:Car teams to ensure successful launch and release
- Defining, completing, and supervising design verification plans (DVP) and reporting
- Supporting production ramp and field issue resolution
- Developing and implementing Vehicle Reaction Testing
- Providing and reporting Vehicle Reaction Testing status throughout program development
- Calibration change management (documentation of calibrations and changes)
- Executing programs through the development process that meet or exceed objectives for performance, drivability, and customer satisfaction
