StackAdapt’s Solutions team focuses on developing and leading strategic growth initiatives across our suite of programmatic advertising products within key industry verticals. As a Manager, Solutions you will be leading projects that include identifying and spearheading revenue-driving initiatives, commercializing existing solutions as well as expanding new product offerings.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in GTA for this position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying business opportunity areas based on growth potential, developing the business case and executing against plan end-to-end
- Define the strategy and organize a team around market/competitor research, client discovery and partnerships business development efforts
- Work in conjunction with Channel Partnerships, Data, Inventory and Product to advance ecosystem and partner development efforts
- Collaborate with technical teams such as Product, Engineering, Data Science to develop and expand product offerings; project manage the entire process from conception to completion
- Co-pitch complex solutions with Revenue teams and make strategic recommendations for RFPs/RFIs. Provide key support in ‘narrative building’ and participate in joint business planning efforts with clients and prospects
- Organize and manage a team around supporting day to day operations under the solutions purview including resolving tickets, generating client reports etc.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to shape the positioning of new solutions and organize a team around sales training
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, growth, VC, PE and/or experience shipping solutions
- An educational background in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), business administration or equivalent work experience
- Track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Prior experience at a fast growing B2B, AdTech, or MarTech software firm is a plus
