Who we are
Picogrid envisions a future where every system, from the smallest sensors to next-generation fighter jets, can collaborate autonomously to create a safer and more prosperous world for all.
Today, we are at the forefront of American defense technology, developing a unified platform that integrates fragmented technologies—such as sensors, cameras, radar, and drones—into sophisticated mission systems.
Our technology is deployed globally, supporting customers including the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, CAL FIRE, PG&E, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, and many others.
About this role
As a Deployment Strategist at Picogrid, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our Department of Defense (DoD) customers, tailoring solutions to their needs, overseeing product implementation and acting as an essential conduit for feedback. You will serve as the primary point of contact for users’ daily needs, prepare relevant written materials, remove any blockers to progress, and anticipate next steps for each relationship. Your work will enhance the mission success and effectiveness of DoD, NATO and international partners.
By collaborating closely with our engineering team, you’ll influence our product roadmap based on real-world user feedback. Additionally, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our business development team to deepen and expand our Department of Defense partnerships. You will adapt your communication style to effectively interact with everyone from junior officers and enlisted members to general officers and C-suite.
In this role, you’ll
’Do what it takes’ to make every customer relationship a success, understanding our users’ critical questions, identifying pain points, and optimizing Picogrid’s product for their needs.
Collaborate with our engineering team to deliver Picogrid’s projects.
Lead training sessions to ensure optimal use of our products, aligning them with user needs, and making a tangible impact on operations.
Work with Engineering to document field observations and translate them for our product roadmap.
Establish, prioritize, nurture and grow relationships with Department of Defense partners with a high degree of independence.
