Responsibilities
- Help us work smarter as we scale and streamline the way we deliver our data solutions and cutting-edge technology to clients
- Partner with solutions engineering, product, and delivery teams to bring technical solutions to life for our customers and keep them coming back for more
- Drive decision-making and alignment across a wide range of teams to move project deliverables forward and remove barriers to success
- Support our customers as they implement novel solutions in their unique environments
- Connect dots internally and use feedback to improve processes across the organization - or create new ones entirely
- Own the post-sale implementation of technical solutions to ensure the high quality of HealthVerity products
- Build strong working relationships with clients as their primary technical resource throughout the delivery process
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients as they make internal decisions regarding their technology stack and configuration for the use of HealthVerity products
- Expertly navigate changing requirements (a.k.a. “scope creep”) and set appropriate expectations with customers
- Work with product and engineering teams to meet deadlines for the delivery of new products, features, and/or functionality
- Drive decision-making and alignment across the account team, engineering, product, implementation, and data delivery teams to move client deliverables across the finish line
- Communicate client escalations and technical program updates to all relevant internal and external parties during the project lifecycle
- Manage quality assurance and user acceptance testing of solutions
- Provide high-touch support immediately following implementation while orchestrating a seamless transition to long-term account management
- Build process and infrastructure to reduce time to implementation and revenue recognition
- Lead internal initiatives to develop or improve documentation and account transitions between client-facing teams
