The Team:

Our marketing team oversees all aspects of the Enfusion global demand generation engine, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, segment marketing, graphic design, and events. Our marketing efforts focus on generating and facilitating quality inbound leads, optimizing the lead generation strategy, leveraging the power of client references and testimonials, building an institutionalized and recognizable brand, and promoting direct sales.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing content for our social and digital marketing channels. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all digital channels, including social, website, podcast and online community, are updated with fresh and compelling content. You will also develop and execute ideas to reuse and repurpose existing content for new formats and channels. Your expertise in writing, communications, video production, project management, and industry knowledge will be essential in building an engaged audience of decision makers. You will report directly to our Creative Director.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and support the execution of the content marketing strategy.
Own planning, execution and reporting of our organic social media calendar and content.
Develop process and provide content for Enfusion thought leaders to build their own social media presence.
Keep key webpages and sales documents up to date with current insights and information.
Assist in pre-and post-production of long-form video content, including our podcast.
Repurpose long-form content, such as case studies and podcasts, to derive new assets that improve distribution and engagement.
Work with the Strategy team to develop content based on deep understanding of client needs and key messaging themes.
Experiment with new social media and digital platforms to enhance growth.
Work with creative tools and agencies to improve the quality and quantity of marketing content.
Project manage development of community and coordinate with community members.
Coordinate with HR on development content that builds our employer brand.
Serve as a go-to for creative execution and brainstorming of Enfusion-hosted events.

What You’ll Need:

3+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience.
Experience with content management systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of dynamics of social media platforms and B2B communities.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content development.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Prefer experience in the investment management industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

The salary for this position is $115,000 - $122,000 + bonus + benefits.
