Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor and primary agency leader for senior client stakeholders across marketing, media, and broader business functions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, brand priorities, customer audiences, competitive landscape, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Shape client marketing and media priorities and translate business objectives into clear strategic direction for agency teams.
  • Own the overall media strategy, approach, and vision across assigned accounts.
  • Lead senior-level client engagements, strategic presentations, business reviews, and key agency/client meetings.
  • Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex client issues.
  • Represent the agency's capabilities and point of view while balancing client needs with agency objectives.
  • Maintain a high standard of client service and ensure clear, compelling, and impactful communications.
  • Apply expertise across paid media, audience strategy, data, technology, measurement, and emerging channels.
  • Bring relevant guidelines and innovation from consumer-focused industries such as CPG, retail, and technology.
  • Provide perspective on industry trends, evolving consumer and HCP behaviors, media innovation, and changes within the healthcare landscape.
  • Champion audience-first, data-driven, and business-focused approaches to media planning and activation.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional agency leaders to ensure strategic alignment and integration across fields.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership through POVs, industry events, articles, interviews, and other external-facing opportunities.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams through clear direction, strong communication, and active collaboration.
  • Build a culture of trust, inclusion, accountability, and respect across assigned teams and client relationships.
  • Lead through influence across fields and agency partners, aligning teams around common objectives and priorities.
  • Develop and mentor senior and emerging talent through coaching, career guidance, and growth opportunities.
  • Establish clear expectations and accountability for team performance and professional development.
  • Support performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Identify and attract talent through recruiting, interviewing, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Serve as a role model for PHM culture, leadership principles, and ways of working.
  • Partner with senior client leadership and Business Management to establish and achieve account growth and profitability objectives.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to expand the agency relationship through upsell, cross-sell, and new capability opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain organic growth strategies and roadmaps aligned to client priorities and agency capabilities.
  • Bring additional Publicis Groupe capabilities and expertise to clients.
  • Lead or contribute to new business opportunities, pitches, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Management to scope work, manage resources, and support sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Maintain awareness of account performance, staffing, resources, and financial considerations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across PHM and Publicis Groupe to bring the right expertise and capabilities to clients.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on client priorities, strategic direction, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Advocate for the needs of both the client and agency teams to create effective, sustainable partnerships.
  • Drive adoption of relevant agency capabilities, tools, processes, and guidelines.
  • Contribute to broader agency initiatives, leadership forums, task forces, and strategic priorities.
  • Represent PHM with professionalism and credibility across clients, partners, and the broader industry.

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction at $38.50 per share, representing a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price on 15 May 2026. LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. The acquisition will position Publicis as a leader in data co-creation, enabling clients to build more intelligent AI agents by combining multiple data sources securely. Publicis has raised its 2027-2028 growth objectives to 7-8% for net revenue and 8-10% for headline earnings per share. The transaction is expected to close before year-end 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
