  • Key member of a global FP&A team, managing ~$750M of expense planning and reporting, during a period of exceptional sales and category growth, with the responsibility of (5) direct reports
  • Serve as primary liaison with People & Culture team, establishing strong partnerships with talent attraction, compensation, and HRBP's to provide leadership with real-time org forecasts, and decision-making tools
  • Establish strong cross-functional partnerships and develop deep understanding of all areas of product development, sales & marketing, SG&A budgets, organizational strategy, and financial goals
  • Lead, mentor, and continuously develop team of motivated finance professionals
  • Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
  • Build & generate analysis from a variety of different data sources and functional groups on a global basis
  • Drive on-going breakthrough initiatives requiring sharp project management and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of all areas of responsibility and ability to present to all levels of executive leadership
  • Financial partner to multiple cross-functional breakthrough projects
  • Lead a strong team of future leaders
