  • 5+ years product testing and troubleshooting at the executive level
  • 6+ years experience setting up devices in various test environments
  • Previous experience in technical problem-solving roles
  • Excellent customer-service skills and ability to go above and beyond consistently

  • Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize while working with tight schedules

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end setup of various Apple devices configured to new features and/or product needs
  • Support and facilitate content testing, demos, and reviews
  • Provide screenshots and recordings of various services
  • Use a variety of tools and automation scripts to manage setup
  • Create visual guides and walkthroughs of workflows to help with testing
  • Maintain, organize, label, and clean a large inventory of devices
  • Proactively identify new technologies and products
  • Be on the cutting-edge of technology trends inside and outside of Apple
