  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in assessing IAM policy violations in enterprise systems and designing, developing mitigation controls
  • 5+ years of proven track record in an Information Security team at large enterprises
  • Experience with Data Access Governance tools such as Varonis and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
  • Experience with technical analysis and incident response, from data sources such as including Microsoft 365, Proofpoint, Splunk, Axonius
  • Experience with managing and enhancing security controls in cloud environments such as Azure and AWS
  • Hands-on experience with designing, developing and supporting security monitoring systems including visualization dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work across multi-disciplined, multi-geo teams
Responsibilities
  • The analyst will be responsible for identifying and deploying solutions to govern the appropriateness of access to internal systems and data, working across multiple organizations to ensure that IAM policies are in place, enforced and monitored.
  • Assist in ensuring data is classified and tagged in the environment in support of data handling policy development and enforcement
  • Leverage data aggregation tools for situational analysis of a cross functional collection of technologies to find trends and issues in the data, using Machine learning, and/or Generative AI
  • Support investigations by integrating data from Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Security, and other non-security teams with cross-functional insider threat intelligence
