Electronics Integration Project Manager – Coopersville, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with a local, family-owned, appliance and electronics company in West Michigan that specializes in complex home automation systems. We are seeking an Electronics Integration Project Manager to join their team in Coopersville, MI. In this role, you will work closely with sales professionals to apply the latest technology in smart home technology, responsible for overseeing electronic projects and installations.

What you will get to do:
- Manage electronic installations so they are completed efficiently, completely, and within budget
- Work closely with a lead technician in the field, and ensure technicians have all necessary materials, scope of work, and tools needed for the job
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, hardware specifications and technical manuals
- Represent yourself and the company in a professional manner
- Ability to clearly communicate and educate home owners on their integrated electronic system.
- Create, maintain, and complete documentation of each project
- Recommend products, solutions, and services based on approved budget amounts with internal and external customers
- Follow-up with contractors about job progression: time frame, cabinet sizes, cabinet layouts, and check space requirements for our specified gear in all rooms
What will make you successful:
- Experience with Lutron, Crestron, and Control 4 is a plus
- Must have a passion for the latest electronic products, systems, devices and tools
- Find enjoyment in helping the customer get the right product installed and programmed to their specifications and preferences
