- Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec.
- Have at least one year of recent, confirmed operating-room experience.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in operating-room care, recovery-room care, and endoscopy.
- Be able to respond rapidly to on-call requests during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Submit an up-to-date résumé, valid OIIQ permit evidence, and attestations or proof of operating-room experience.
- Provide nursing care in the operating room and recovery room.
- Work across day surgery, recovery room, internal and external clients, endoscopy, cesarean procedures, gynecology, general surgery, otolaryngology, and teaching.
- Work the regular daytime shift on a full-time schedule.
- Provide active on-call coverage during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, approximately one week out of two.
