  • Maintaining an outcome-led product roadmap for the retention stream of Mail+
  • Breaking down big ideas into smaller phases of work
  • Establishing a business justification for feature development to boost subscriber engagement and minimize subscriber churn
  • Collaborating with editorial and commercial stakeholders to craft product requirements
  • Collaborating with UX designers to refine user journeys and improve the user experience
  • Coordinating with delivery and technology teams on the execution of retention-enhancing initiatives
  • Generating, interpreting, and applying user data analytics to shape and optimize features for better user retention
