- 3+ years of technology product management, design, or consulting experience

- Refine the sales strategy and product positioning by talking with existing and prospective new customers.
- Shape the product by identifying the most promising features to build based on market demand.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives and overall company performance.
- Partner with Product to conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the media, enterprise partners, and customers.
- Assist with public relations efforts, such as handling media inquiries and managing the company’s public image.
- Partner with the CEO in setting and executing the company's strategic goals.
- Oversee and drive critical projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and manage executive communications, including presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Take on special projects, ranging from exploring new business opportunities to handling urgent matters.
- Assist in preparing materials for presentations / all hands.
- Support the CEO and leadership team in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
