Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in senior living or post-acute care.
  • Demonstrated success in driving occupancy through relationship-based sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the senior living and healthcare referral systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive business development strategy for all levels of care.
  • Lead external sales efforts by building and nurturing referral networks with hospitals, physicians, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.
  • Identify new referral sources and strategic partnerships to drive qualified leads and increase occupancy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach campaigns, promotional materials, and community presence strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform positioning and outreach approaches.
  • Represent the community at professional events, conferences, health fairs, and networking functions.
  • Track sales metrics, referral activity, and outreach performance; provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Train and mentor team members on outreach best practices and relationship development.
  • Ensure brand integrity and consistent messaging across all external engagements.
  • Work in collaboration with internal sales counselors, clinical liaisons, and admissions personnel to ensure seamless lead hand-off and follow-through.
