  • 2+ years of experience with FMS case management support or FMS financial management support
  • 2+ years of experience with developing FMS cases in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
  • Experience with tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
  • Knowledge of Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System, International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Secret clearance

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with thought leaders in consulting on projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation
  • Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives
  • Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture
  • Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members, as needed
