Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in required
  • 7+ years in asset Management with product knowledge across alternative asset classes
  • Experience covering operational DDQs
  • Experience managing or overseeing a team of writers
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with prior experience and understanding of how to navigate a global firm
  • Advanced knowledge of Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with RFP databases such as Responsive/QVidian/Loopio/PMAPS
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Global RFP team to project manage the coordination and delivery of RFPs/DDQs/Client Updates
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the firm's product offerings across asset classes, platforms, and overall investment capabilities
  • Build an understanding of clients, consultants and prospects differing needs and levels of sophistication to tailor responses to the target audience
  • Review, manage and assign the project pipeline
  • Commit to improving the efficiency of the RFP process and the quality of our responses, exploring new technologies and delivering best-in-class outcomes
  • Adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess and reprioritize projects based on client needs (internally and externally)
  • Collaborate with other RFP Team members and global SMEs [e.g. Global Client Group, Portfolio Oversight, Strategy Solutions Group, ESG Team, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, HR] to create and update the content for RFP/DDQ responses
  • Establish departmental audit reviews with Subject Matter Experts
  • Proactively manage and organize RFP responses in the content database
  • Production, final execution and internal distribution of drafts and final version of DDQs/RFPs – act as second review
