Responsibilities
- Implementation of Oklo's quality assurance program for reactor design, construction, operations, and maintenance
- Development and management of overall quality assurance processes
- Management and coordination of audits, both internal and external (i.e., suppliers, contractors)
- Support of procurement by validating suppliers and contractors meet Oklo's quality assurance requirements
- Implementation of Oklo's Appendix B corrective action program
- Review of industry information and engagement with industry on relevant operational experience and best practices for quality assurance
- Ensuring that Oklo's records management program meets regulatory requirements
- Management of all quality-related issues with stakeholders
- Identification of root cause and development of corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance and assisting with adherence to the Quality Assurance Plan
- Review of test procedures
- Undertaking special projects as required
- Assisting with training on quality assurance plan
- Supporting and leading process improvement activities
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial nuclear power plant experience
- Experience with NQA-1 or ISO 9001
- Experience with the Agile software development life cycle and automated software testing methodologies and tooling
- Experience with GitLab and DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to read python
