  • J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
  • 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with some time spent in an in-house legal role in a technology/internet field
  • Must be admitted to the Virginia bar or eligible for admission as a Virginia Corporate Counsel
Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of complex commercial agreements
  • Provide strategic legal advice to the Law Department and senior business unit leaders
  • Understand and leverage internal and external resources to ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations
  • Ensure members of the Law Department are apprised of material developments and matters on a timely basis
  • Operate in an open and collaborative manner as a “team player”
