Responsibilities
  • Learn the Toast scheduling system and become a product expert
  • Prompt multichannel correspondence with customers and partners through support calls, chat and emails
  • Work with Toast Sales, Implementation, and Engineering teams to ensure customer success
  • Tracking support issue progress support ticket management systems (Salesforce and others)
  • Represent Toast with integrity and professionalism
