Requirements
  • 10+ years in a Systems Integration Partnership role focused on Strategic Partners like Deloitte, Accenture, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services etc
  • Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness
  • Demonstrable proof of scaling capacity of strategic partners technology practices
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization
  • Strong drive and character qualities that match with company core values
  • Executive Presence to lead and manage the most strategic partners
  • MS/MBA or other related advance degree (or commensurate experience) preferred

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute on Systems Integrators (SIs) Delivery Strategy
  • Work with strategic partners from executing joint strategy and plan that includes investments in capacity and skills
  • Design and implement best practices for SIs, and support the strong partnerships necessary to maintain relationships over time
  • Collaborate with the product team to scope and deliver on systems enhancements and changes to enablement capabilities for SIs
  • Facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer of SI changes to League's internal teams
  • Continue to innovate League SI onboarding program to address customer needs as we grow
  • Recognized as authority for SI implementation operations within League
  • Provides functional and technical partnership for all operational activities for SIs
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure SI infrastructure continues to evolve to support a growing client base
  • Fosters relationships with SIs and internal stakeholders at all levels of staff and senior management
  • Provides thought leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development process to ensure all necessary tools, processes, procedures and staff are in place for success SI partnership
  • This person's organization provides expertise and leadership for the project execution and operational support of strategic SI relationships
  • Leverage technical expertise to collaborate with Engineering and Product teams in the operationalization of systems integration partnerships
  • Establish strong project governance to adhere to policies and regulations, ensuring successful program delivery
  • Maintain pipelines and dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments
  • Conduct regular cadence of interactions between SI & League stakeholders
  • SI Ecosystem Communications - Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination, communicating ecosystem strategy & execution results
