- Lead development of user scenarios from personas and segmentations tied to business objectives and user needs, integrating them with concept models, process flows, opportunity maps, and wireframes.
- Lead creation of high-level interaction, navigation, and organization designs, including concept models.
- Create and lead development of comprehensive sitemaps for large-scale solutions.
- Create accurate design plans covering the time and tasks required to complete a work track.
- Lead a work track in developing a quality solution and track progress against the project plan through design reviews and creative status meetings.
- Manage operational-level client meetings.
- Plan and execute client workshops.
- Act as the primary point of contact and facilitator for planned regular client meetings.
