Requirements
  • Experience crafting written proposals and presentations to win revenue or philanthropic funds specifically as a Grant Writer, Business Proposal Strategist, or a similar role
  • Ability to adapt writing tone and style to match brand voice and audience
  • Experience adjusting tone and content for different target stakeholders across a spectrum of audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to understand and synthesize complex ideas into digestible language for target audiences
  • Outcomes-driven; demonstrated experience driving projects forward with limited guidance
  • Flexible and scrappy; Able to adapt as needed to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
  • Craft precise and impactful language to describe Pursuit’s suite of product offerings for different fundraising campaigns
  • Draft, revise, and submit strategic proposals, pitch decks, and related materials to effectively communicate Pursuit's value proposition
  • Participate in strategy meetings with the broader Partnerships Team and Leadership Team to conceptualize proposals to current and prospective strategic partners
  • Translate outcomes of strategy meetings into compelling proposals and presentations tailored for a range of stakeholders
  • Craft winning proposals for a variety of funders and revenue opportunities to meet individual targets
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CCO, and account/opportunity owners to understand partner objectives and tailor key messages to specific audiences
  • Support the CEO and account owners in external partner meetings
