Responsibilities
  • Performs maintenance of different types of cabling equipment and infrastructure.
  • Installs more advanced or new technologies based on the needs of the customer/client.
  • Research, evaluate, and develop solutions to problems.
  • Tests equipment and systems to evaluate whether they meet compliance standards.
  • Report findings and provide solutions for any issues that may halt progression.
  • Conducts thorough follow-up assessments and checkups of equipment and make recommendations where applicable.
  • Provides training on product features and specifications.
