  • 10+ years experience in advertising strategy & analysis
  • Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
  • A strong attention to detail and eye towards using the 80/20 rule to address problems
  • Very strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver work under tight timelines
  • The ability to communicate financial calculations with varying degrees of detail depending on the forum. You know your audience and what they're looking for
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Ad Sales, Americas (Peter Naylor)
  • Developing our Advertiser Targeting Strategy (by territory) and Ad-Segment Pricing Strategy
  • Engaging w/ Microsoft on sales volumes/pricing/reporting etc on a regular basis
  • Coordinating with Microsoft, our sales team, Ads Platform SP&A colleagues, and advertisers to assess the impact of product changes to the ad experience, supply, and economics
  • Coordination with Ads FP&A to adjust forecasts for ads deals as they roll in
  • Partnering with Ads Data Science & Engineering to develop external-facing metrics for advertising partners
  • Conducting various ad hoc analyses for all cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Legal, Marketing, FinOps, etc.) involved in the ad workstreams
  • Preparing clear and concise presentation materials for stakeholders in small and large forums
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad tech ecosystem is a plus though not required
