- Exceptional organizational skills in order to maintain all QC records and filing.
- Ability to prepare various stock solutions used in the laboratory.
- Ability to read and interpret QA standard operating procedures (SOP's).
- Calibrate and maintain all QC equipment.
- Must be flexible to meet production testing and QC function demands.
- Ability to perform various microbiological/bacteriological testing.
- Knowledge of consumer complaint investigation process.
- Required to perform QC functions throughout the plant.
- Possess operational skills in using various laboratory instruments.
- Working application/performance of Aerosol, BNB, Purity, EH/EQ product analytical testing.
- Update production paperwork, charts and records.
- Calibrate and maintain all QC equipment.
- Required to perform QC functions throughout the plant.
- Good mathematical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Computer use, MS Office Suite applications, office equipment (fax, phones, etc.).
- Self-motivated, self-directional, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
- Follow all established health and safety rules; wear all required PPE.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, stoop, stand, kneel, climb routinely throughout shift.
