  • 1–3 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally in hospitality, event management, or the golf industry
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management to track activity, forecast revenue, and prioritize opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills
  • Experience selling weddings, golf tournaments, or private events
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences
Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for tournaments, private events, and weddings across a portfolio of Arcis Golf properties
  • Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to grow qualified leads and close high-value bookings
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools and funnel management best practices
  • Conduct regular outbound sales activities, including cold calls, local outreach, networking, and trade show attendance
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through relationship-driven prospecting with corporations, associations, and social organizations
  • Lead in-person tours for qualified prospects, customizing the experience to match their event goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event handoff and execution, from sales to service
  • Negotiate event contracts, confirming all requirements and expectations in writing
  • Other duties as assigned
