Technology Internships at NinjaTrader

We are seeking highly motivated college students with a passion for technology to join NinjaTrader’s summer internship program. This internship offers hands-on experience in software development, working closely with our experienced team on real-world projects that drive the #1 retail futures trading platform forward.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance to translate business problems into research questions and provide deep-dive analysis and recommendations
Work with a modern data stack, including BigQuery, dbt, and Looker
Assist in building and enhancing dashboards and automated reporting
Write SQL code to pull and aggregate data from a variety of sources
Write python code to wrangle data, analyze it, create visualizations and tell stories with data
Assist with statistical analysis or machine learning models
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and secure data products

What you’ll need:

Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
Demonstrated programming skills with SQL and python
Experience with data science tools and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
Basic understanding of statistical inference and probability theory
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
