Requirements
  • Experience with ultralow latency compute and storage technologies from major vendors such as Dell, HPe, Lenovo, Supermicro, ICC, Ciara, EMC, and Pure
  • Comprehensive expertise in all stages of the compute infrastructure equipment lifecycle
  • Proficiency in testing, benchmarking, documenting, and differentiating CPU architectures, system bus architectures, and accelerator technologies
  • Experience developing baseline configurations for system BIOS and Linux operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with compute workload virtualization technologies
  • Proficiency in developing baseline configurations for ultra-low latency storage technologies
  • Experience in monitoring and observability toolsets and product baselines
  • Experience in system build and deployment toolchains and configuration management systems
  • Relevant experience working with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
Responsibilities
  • Perform product research on emerging technologies
  • Conduct proof of concept and proof of value tests
  • Partner with application developers and vendors
  • Produce system architecture designs and internal process flow diagrams
  • Track delivery with project and program management teams
  • Oversee rack deployment and cabling at colocation facilities
