Offset Press Associate

Location: Morrisville, NC
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days: 7 AM – 7 PM or Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM)
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3-2 pattern

About the Role

As an Offset Press Associate, you’ll support the Press Operator in producing high-quality printed materials for some of the world’s most recognized brands. You’ll assist with setting up, maintaining, and operating multi-color offset presses, ensuring materials and print jobs run smoothly, accurately, and safely.

What You’ll Do

Assist with press setup, paper loading, ink preparation, and plate mounting
Verify job specs, materials, and print settings for accuracy
Monitor quality, pull sample sheets, and support make-ready and wash-ups
Help maintain and troubleshoot press components
Follow all safety, housekeeping, and production procedures

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment operation, or printing
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
