Supervisor - Pharmacy

Pay Range:

$61.43 - $92.15HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to provide direct supervision and managing the activities assigned pharmacy / location, including compliance with laws and rules pertinent to the practice of pharmacy. Serves as part of the healthcare team by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy is preferred.
• Pharmacy PGY-1 Residency is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 1 year of pharmacy experience is required.
• 1 year of experience in a hospital setting or residence is preferred.
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Pharmacist in state of practice is required.
• Pharmacy Board Certification is preferred.
