  • 5+ years’ experience in bridge structure analysis and design
  • Experience in steel, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete design

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
  • Working knowledge of state Bridge Design Manuals
Responsibilities
  • Independently develop and supervise others in the creation of bridge designs and plans
  • Coordinate across disciplines, especially with geotechnical, roadway and drainage designers
  • Provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters and Engineers
  • Perform complex structural analysis and design work efficiently and accurately
  • Provide technical oversight and quality checking of deliverables
  • Supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking, and improved results.
