The Databricks SQL Experience team at Databricks focuses on creating an incredible data analytics, discovery and governance experience on top of the Databricks platform. They develop highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant SaaS services that manage high production traffic and leverage AI technology to manage complex workflows for large enterprise customers.
Our mission is to enable Databricks users to create, discover, share, and govern their data assets by delivering simple and efficient tools that leverage rich metadata and AI strengths. We provide organizations with deep insights into their assets to help them collaborate effectively and make data-driven decisions.
As the senior technical lead, you will help the team achieve the mission by driving the technical direction of highly scalable and performant data and AI systems, working across partner teams to create technical clarity and alignment, and collaborating with senior leadership to build the product strategy and roadmap.
You will report to the Director of Engineering.
