  • An experienced HR leader with 8+ years, including at least 5 years supporting global commercial teams
  • A champion of inclusion and diversity, with a track record of supporting employee engagement
  • A strategic thinker with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Able to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, rationale, and diplomacy

  • Adaptable and resilient, ready to navigate the fast-paced changes of a global business environment
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand their strategic talent priorities, and develop aligned people strategies to enable achievement of company goals.
  • Deploy and drive change management and transformation efforts
  • Provide mentorship to leaders on development and efficiency of the leadership team to ensure a coordinated, aligned and hard-working team.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace
  • Work with Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders on talent initiatives within the business, including the development, performance management, talent planning, and recognition & rewards.
