Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures
  • Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite products including Excel (V/H Look Up, Formulas, Pivot Tables), Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative and/or customer support in assigned area
  • Reviews and/or audits documents, forms or data for appropriateness/accuracy
  • Corresponds with internal and/or external customers via verbal, electronic and written communications
  • Maintains records and/or files for assigned area
  • Prepares, collates, and distributes various reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supports or handles recurring department projects or one-time projects as directed by supervisor
  • Maintains supply inventories by checking supplies to determine inventory level, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders and verifying receipt
  • Other duties as assigned
