Amentum is working with the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to design and develop a formal certification program for Counter Threat Finance (CTF) analysts. The intended audience for the certification program is, the DoD threat finance analysts, the DoD all-source analysts, and then any other personnel from DoD and other agencies who qualify for the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP).

In support of these efforts Amentum is seeking a Facility Coordinator/Exam Proctor, to oversee the testing facility and Proctor certification testing for the DOD Threat Finance Certification Program.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination, and management of a DoD CTF credential/certification program.
• Assist with ongoing maintenance and administration of the certification program. This may include certification activities as part of a mobile team.
• Administering tests and overseeing the testing process for all Threat Finance Certification program testing
• Provides support and assistance to all active Threat finance certification test takers
• Coordinate facility usage along with creating and managing the testing environment within the facility

Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret/ SCI Government Security Clearance
• At a minimum shall have a High School Diploma and at least five (5) years of relevant experience including experience in:
• Administering tests and overseeing the testing process,
• Providing support and assistance to test takers,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations,
• Working with classified systems, MS Teams, VTCs, and Zoom calls,
• Familiarization with data entry,
• Working in a team environment,
• Creating and managing a test environment within a facility,
• Coordinating facility usage for certification,
• Coordinating and working in a team environment to support the certification/testing process,

Desired Skills:

• DoD experienced is highly desired

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $37.02/hour - $39.18/hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
